Here is an off the wall answer. Go the paint store and look at their strips of samples, you know where they have 4 colors on the same strip. Find the blue combo you like the best, take it to a quilt shop and match it up with fabric. I don’t know what your quilt block sewing skills are, but make a sample block with fabric you have around the house to make sure this is a block you want to tackle.

What colors are in the room where it is likely to be used?

If that isn’t a factor, consider:
light blue, dark blue, and aquamarine
    dark blue, med. blue, gray
    dark blue, med. blue, gold
    med. blue, aquamarine, beige
    med. blue, light blue, yellow
    dark blue, beige, dark red

In addition to solids, think about marbles (which I don’t consider prints)
