I dont think or know if fannel fabric would be wrong I would ask, but you can use, rad, or maybe another color pink like bright pink or light light pink?

No flannel is good because they get cold easily. Maybe a lavender color….. which is purple and you already used that color, just depends on how it looks. Maybe try different shades of the colors you already used.
idk if it’d be badfor the baby. But maybe you should trying finding cotton fabrics. And on the back I think you should use yellow blue white purple and pink. Like the quilt on the link below. vv
a green would be great. I use a lot of red (pink and red are like valentine’s day) you could also put white or black on the back too those colors go with anything

you could use a pale green color. and no flannel is perfectly fine its used on most baby blankets.

I think an aqua blue would be gorgeous or a soft sable color.

You could do a pale green or orange. Any pale color in a soft fabric is the best!

How about a pretty spring green? Not something that will get annoying, but rather a color that reminds you of the outdoors.

No flannel will be great…nice and soft. Someone mentioned peach and I think that would be really pretty and different.
