Using my sewing machine stresses me out, I much prefer stitching by hand. This looks great though, I want to learn. I just need to work on not getting frustrated when it doesn’t go right!!
Fun? Inspirational? YOU BET! … i am going to go try this out … THANK YOU for your kindness in sharing this technique with others who are not as proficient as you are …:)
I just bought my first sewing machine. This is quite an inspiration and quite frankly I did not even know it was possible do such detailed artistic work . I’m setting my sites high now : )
My girlfriend just sent me this video and we’re *howling* together! I can hardly wait to get started. I’m curious; I’ve never seen anyone sew with gloves on before. Is this something you always do?
I love your vids and have learned so much already just watching a few of your videos! Thank you so much for doing these and, YES, I want more!

This video was superb. You are an amazing artist! You have inspired me to start practising my freehand embroidery / decorative stitching. Thank you so much.
I thought your machine trapunto video was just excellent. You have inspired me and I will probably watch it several times as I move along the path. Thanks for doing it. Doreen.
Patsy, I must say this video was really quite good and instructional. I have never tried trapunto, but after watching your easy to follow step by step, and seeing the fab results, I will definitely give it a try. Your free motion quilting is great too! Hope to se more in the future!
Patsy you are fabulous. I am going to your site right now to learn how to get your DVDs or books. I would rather watch you though because I actually think I could do it. Please do a DVD on Trapunto. It is a blast. DJ

Those are machine quilting gloves, and they help you grip the fabric as you move it across the machine bed. It makes machine quilting MUCH easier!

We do have plans for a trapunto DVD, but if we do it, it would not come out until 2009-too much on the plate right now! Thanks!
